Students will:

• Experience growth in knowledge and abilities in order to succeed in the student affairs profession
• Apply theory to practice through the reciprocal relationship between coursework and field-based experiences
• Pursue life-long learning through continuing education and professional development opportunities which promote flexibility both personally, professionally, and in meeting the changing needs of students
• Understand and utilize university and student affairs resources
