Mentor

For the space to grow, the challenge and guidance to reflect and improve, and most importantly, for caring relationships based in trust and mutual respect.

That’s a mentor to me. What is a mentor to you?

That’s all for today. Well, that, and a flashback.

I think with me a mentor is someone that I like to aspire to be but not in a career path sense, granted that’s still in there. I like to have mentors who inspire me to be great at anything that I want to achieve.

Hey  @twitter-17157400:disqus ! Thanks for the comment. I definitely agree that mentorship often also involves an interest in developing personal qualities and attributes modeled by a mentor, work-related or not.  I appreciate you broadening your scope of “mentorship,” as I think it helps both you AND your mentor grow.
